Coronation Street Spoilers: Daniel Receives Huge News After Max Fall

After things escalate, an update is given (Picture: ITV)

Once again Coronation Street’s Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard) finds his career in the balance – as well as his freedom – as he’s investigated by the police for allegedly pushing Max Turner (Paddy Bever) down the stairs.

As Max is cared for by the doctors and nurses of Weatherfield General, the police investigate what happened. Daniel insists that the whole thing was an accident, and Max tripped on his way out of the flat.

What he’s not saying is that he pushed Max through the door in a rage, after catching the boy in the act of smashing up his flat.

David (Jack P. Shepherd) is suspicious of Daniel’s version of events and accuses him of lying. Both he and Shona (Julia Goulding) are convinced that Daniel deliberately pushed Max.

So they’re not going to be best pleased to discover that Daniel’s boss, Mrs Crawshaw (Carla Mendonça), believes his story. In fact she’s so pleased with his work at the school that she invites him to apply for a permanent post at the school at the end of his placement.

David and Shona are absolutely furious when they hear this news. Is it going to be the start of a campaign to get Daniel removed from Weatherfield High?
