You would think he already paid for his indiscretions – as bikers do. There’s no excuse for lack of helmet or headphones but turning while maintaining control of a bike, always requires two hands as does looking over your shoulder for a vehicle. The biker should be given his lane approaching an intersection as he is a vehicle, albeit a slow one. Drivers simply don’t care to share the road with bikers – hand signals or not.
